Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund the affected item.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please allow 48 hours and check with your local carrier. Email us for assistance afterward.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
